Made in Italy
Everything we sell is made in Italy. Most pieces are genuine leather — dollar-grain, Saffiano or soft Sauvage, depending on the design — and our travel duffle pairs heavy cotton canvas with full-grain cowhide at the corners and handles, where the wear actually happens.
Italy's reputation for leather rests on unglamorous things: how a hide is tanned, how the edges are finished, whether the hardware still runs cleanly after a year of daily use. We work with established Italian manufacturers rather than producing under our own roof. That keeps the making in the hands of people who have done it for decades, and keeps the price below what a house label could manage.
A short, considered range
We would rather offer a small number of pieces we can stand behind than a catalogue nobody can navigate. Each one is chosen for the details that decide whether a bag gets used or abandoned — a strap that adjusts properly, a zip that runs without catching, an interior that holds what you actually carry.
Every product page lists the material, exact dimensions, colour, hardware finish and an estimated delivery time, so you know what is arriving before you order rather than after.
Based in Malta, sent from Italy
Natelle is registered and operated in Malta. Orders are dispatched directly from Italy, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a parcel from a local warehouse — typically 5 to 10 business days — and why it reaches you without customs charges or import duties anywhere in the EU.
