Natelle is an online retailer of women's leather bags, wallets and accessories, selling to consumers within the European Union. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers on our behalf; Natelle remains the seller and is responsible for your order, your statutory rights and any returns or refunds.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on this website are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Standard delivery within the European Union is free and is already included in the price shown, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Consumer rights

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as well as statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
