Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of natelle.store and to any order you place with us. Please read them alongside our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and Legal notice, which together form our agreement with you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Natelle, an online retail business registered in Malta at 3 Triq Għajn Rażul, St Paul's Bay SPB 3675, VAT number MT32810312. Full trader details are set out in our Legal notice. You can contact us through our online contact form.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. We sell to consumers in the European Union only, and we may cancel and refund any order placed for delivery outside the countries we serve.
3. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt, but a contract is only formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly, we will tell you and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Products
Leather is a natural material, so variations in colour, grain, texture and finish may occur and are not necessarily defects. Product images are intended to be representative; the shade you see may differ slightly depending on your screen. Dimensions given are approximate.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Free standard delivery within the European Union is already included in the price shown, so the price you see is the price you pay. Any optional charge that applies to an order will be shown before you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes given on this website are estimates, not guarantees. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of them. Further detail is set out in our Shipping policy.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, and you have statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Our Return and refund policy explains how to exercise these rights, how return costs are handled, and where to send goods. That policy forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet our obligations under these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for private use.
9. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Your information
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. As a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please use our contact form and we will do our best to put it right. If we cannot resolve matters, you may refer your complaint to the consumer protection authority in your country of residence.
