Where do you deliver?
We ship to all 27 member states of the European Union, with free standard shipping on every order. We do not currently deliver outside the EU, including to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the item and destination. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Deliveries to islands and remote regions can take longer.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link once your order is dispatched. See Track your order for details.
Can I return an item?
Eligible EU consumer orders can be withdrawn within 14 days in accordance with our Returns policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Where are your bags made?
Every piece is made in Italy. Most are genuine leather — dollar-grain, Saffiano or soft Sauvage — and our travel duffle pairs cotton canvas with full-grain cowhide. Material, dimensions and hardware finish are listed on each product page.
Are payments secure?
Checkout is encrypted and payments are processed securely through Shopify using the payment options shown at checkout.
